This recall involves model year 2025 KX450, KX450SR and KX450X motorcycles. They are two-wheel competition and cross-country motorcycles sold in lime green. The following model numbers and vehicle identification numbers (VIN) are included in this recall. The model number is located on the right side of the vehicle. The VIN is located on the right side of the frame head pipe. This recall involves Huffy-branded Torex 24-volt ride-on toy UTVs. The ride-on toys are black with red trim and measure 53 inches long, 43 inches wide and 27 inches tall. Labels with the word "Torex" are located on the front and side of the ride-on toy. The model numbers are 17249 and 17310 with date codes between 16919 and 11122. They are located under the body of the unit near the rear wheel. The date code's last two numbers are for the year and the first three numbers are for the day of the year, so the date code 16919 represents June 18, 2019, and date code 11122 represents April 21, 2022.
This recall involves RGB-branded LED strip lights powered with button batteries. The color-changing, dimmable lights measure about 0.4 inches long and were sold in white, warm white, blue, ice blue, green, red, yellow, purple and pink.
This recall involves Sondiko Butane Torches with model number S400, sold in single and in two-packs. The brand name "Sondiko" is printed on the nozzle and the model number is on the head of the torch. They are black and silver in color.
This recall involves Huffy 12-volt children's ride-on Tonka Dump Trucks, models 17362 and 17323. The ride-on trucks are yellow and black with "Tonka" labels on the front and side of the truck. The ride-on truck measures 45 inches long, 32 inches wide and 24 inches tall. It has four wheels, two seats, a steering wheel, working LED headlights and a powered dump bed. The recalled trucks have date codes from 15623 to 18724 printed on a label under the body of the truck. The date code's last two numbers are for the year and the first three numbers are for the day of the year; so, for example, the date code 15623 represents June 5, 2023, and date code 18724 represents July 5, 2024.

This incorrect installation is introducing error codes for the Dxl 9000 which prevents the assay from being performed and a delay in results from being generated, and may require field service to resolve the delay.

The product Value Assignment Sheet (VAS) is used in calibration of the device. An erroneous value was included in the VAS which has the potential to generate an incorrect APO B patient result which could exceed the total allowable error for the APO B assay (11.6%). The error results in results with a positive bias up to 42%. However, based on the mitigating factors the risk to health is considered to be negligible or limited.
