The recalled baby walkers are made with a plastic frame supported by six or eight wheels on the bottom. The walkers are blue, pink or bright green, with a padded seat and an activity tray. "SUN KIDS" or "HAPPY BABY" labels appear on some of the walkers.
These lamps are oval glass bottles with purple or pink dots. They are filled with blue or pink liquid paraffin. The lamps were sold with bunny-shaped tags identifying them as "hoppy go lucky" oil lamps. Item number 054-03-1843 or 054-03-1844 is printed on the tag. Some of the lamps were sold with round metal disks meant to prevent the lamps from tipping.
The necklaces consist of a 10-inch black cord with a 7/8- inch-diameter gray metal pendant. The metal pendant has assorted symbols on one side.
The recalled "Sandy Claws" Swim Trainer is a red-and-yellow-colored fabric crab with eight stuffed legs and two eyes covering a styrofoam buoyancy float. Black straps are attached to the side seams to fasten around a child. Printed on the underside of the crab float are the words, "Swim Ways" and "CAUTION: This is not a lifesaving device. Do not leave child unattended while in use."
The Summit Gas Grills are stainless steel and have model numbers 5210001, 5310001, 5220001, 5320001, 5230001, 5330001, 5260001, 5360001, 5270001, 5370001, 5290001, and 5390001, with serial numbers beginning with the letters DT. The model and serial number is located on the outside right panel of the storage cart. The Summit grills are sold as either a four-burner Silver series or six-burner Gold series. The private labeled Vieluxe Gas Grills have model numbers 360201, 360102, 370201, 370102 and 370299, with serial numbers beginning with the letters DA, DU, and DT. The model and serial number is located inside of the side access door on the right side of the grill. The grills are sold as either a four-burner 44-inch model or a six-burner 56-inch model, are made of high-grade stainless steel, and are equipped with a rear-mounted infrared burner and rotisserie device. Weber grills with a brand name other than Vieluxe or Summit are not included in this recall.
The recalled units are labeled "OnQ" and "1x8 ENHANCED TELECOM w/SURGE." The devices are professionally installed as part of a telephone line-sharing system in homes. One of the slots on the device is labeled, "SECURITY." The security line should get priority in an emergency. Part number 364551-01, written on the product label, and a date code (DC) of "2303" (meaning the 23rd week of 2003) or earlier are included in the recall. The date code is located on the edge of the device, above the mounting tabs.
These fire escape hoods are sold as "Plus 10® Filter Breathing Unit." The hoods are sealed inside foil bags with blue and white labels on them listing the product name and reading, in part, "It's not just ten minutes of air. It's a lifetime." The foil bags are stored inside blue zippered nylon pouches.

The ESL 500N smoke detectors are hard-wired and require professional installation. The recalled alarms have the following model numbers, which are located on the back of the detectors: 521NB, 521NCSXT, 541NB, 541NCSXT, 541NCXTE, 521NBXT, 521NCSRXT, 541NBXT, 541NCSRH, 541NCSXTE, 521NCRXT, 541NCRXT, and 541NCSRXT. Also on the back of the alarms are the letters, "ESL," and the manufacturing date code of "0223" through "0323" (23rd week of 2002 through 23rd week of 2003). Units that may not work properly can be identified by the lack of the flashing red indicator light, though all units with the aforementioned model and dates codes should be replaced.
The recalled IBM monitors include the G51 CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) and G51t Touch Screen CRT models. The G51 and G51t monitors have the following model numbers on a label on the back of the unit: 6541-02N, 6541-02E, 6541-02S, 6541-Q0N, 6541-Q0E, and 6541-Q0S. The label on the back of the recalled G51 models also has a date of manufacture between June 1997 and September 1998. The "IBM" logo can be found on the front of the units, which were manufactured in China, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom.
The recall includes all Hayward H-Series ED2 natural-draft pool heaters with model numbers: H150ED2 H250PED2 H350PED2 H150PED2 H250PEDH2 H400ED2 H200ED2 H300ED2 H400PED2 H200PED2 H300PED2 H250ED2 H3503D2 A manufacturing label displaying the unit's model number and serial number is inside the unit, on the heater floor. Consumers can access the label by removing the front panel of the heater housing. The H-series ED2 Control Bezel assembly (a black box mounted behind the front control panel) encases the defective circuit board.
These are Great Outdoors Gas Grills (Horizon Model) with model number GH450SBP and GH450XBP. The model number is on the CSA approval sticker on the back of the front panel. The recalled grills have the words "Horizon" and "Great Outdoors" on the control panel. These are 36,000 BTU 450-square-inch grills. The grill has a dark blue lid and black plastic side shelves with a black frame with a large black front panel. Grills with a florescent label on the carton reading "Contains Safety Enhancement" are not included in the recall. Other model Horizon gas grills are not included in the recall.
The recalled toys are battery-operated, multi-colored toy jet airplanes measuring about 9 inches in length and width. A clear plastic cover over the cockpit exposes a pilot with his hand on the controls. A label on the jet's wings reads "FALON" (Falcon misspelled). The toy jet plays music and some of the lights flash off and on as the jet propels itself by two small front wheels. "C.D.X. Toys CDL-22338D" and "Made in China" are embossed on a label on the battery compartment lid.
The heaters have a 6-inch heat reflector and operate with a disposable 16.4-ounce or 14.1-ounce propane tank, sold separately. The product has a chrome neck, a black "on/off" switch, and a black plastic base that houses the propane cylinder.
The recalled Recycling Truck Puzzle has nine wooden pieces that form a green recycling truck, three workers, a container for plastics, a bundled set of newspapers, and a recycling bin. The top of the puzzle reads, "Recycling Truck," and "2574" and "2003 Small World Toys®" are printed at the bottom.
The Big Boy Trucks are made of oak, maple, or walnut wood with a natural oil finish. The trucks are about 9 to 12 inches high.
The Happyvillagers are made with birchwood and painted with various villager images. The sets were sold separately with 12 villagers per set and as a part of the Happyville Special set that included a set of 35 Happyville Blocks. Only the Happyvillagers are included in the recall.
The chairs are steel outdoor chairs with a white frame and a pink or blue sling fabric seat and back. The chairs measure about 9.5 inches in height. The seats have two small plastic covers located behind the back of the seat and two covers under the seat.
The recall involves "Wolf" all-carbon road bike forks with a 1-inch diameter threadless steer tube. The bicycle forks were sold with 2003 model Soloist Team and Super Prodigy bicycles and framesets. A 17cm "Cervélo" logo is printed in white outlined letters on both fork legs.
These are 12-foot, 13-foot, and 14-foot trampolines, which were sold separately, and also banded together with safety enclosures. They were sold under the brand names Hedstrom and NBF. The brand name is written on the warning labels found on the products. The recalled trampolines have model numbers 10136, 101366, 101442, 10146, 102369, 102949, 10321, 103217 or 10381. They also have four-digit date codes ranging from 0403 through 2103 with the last two digits always being 03. Model I.D. labels showing the model number and date code are located on one of the frame rail legs on the trampoline.
