The recall involves the Heat & Glo Twilight II and IIB indoor/outdoor see-through gas fireplaces. The model name, Twilight II or IIB, can be found by looking at the bottom right side of the inside of the control compartment of the inside portion of the fireplace.
The Paloma Rattle is a ring that is 2.5 inches in diameter. It consists of nine linked sterling-silver balls that contain small beads.
The nailer is used to drive nails into wood. Model number BN200V12 is located on the name plate on the magazine of the unit. "Porter+Cable" is printed on the nailer's motor housing.
Only models EWF30, EWF36, and EWF36A are affected by this recall. The recalled fireplaces are 400- or 700-pound steel plate wood-burning fireplaces with the trade name "Sequoia." The fireplaces measure 30 inches wide or 36 inches wide, have doors which seal them and are designed for installation in openings in the walls of homes that connect to chimneys. The products are a stick-type rocket with a 4-inch long, ½-inch in diameter engine mounted on a wooden stick approximately 16 inches long. The engine is wrapped in blue or purple paper with a picture of a rocket, and the writing, "Phantom Fireworks Thunder Stick Rocket."
The recalled models are the Fish, Starfish and Angelfish. The model can be identified by the decoration attached to the sandals' straps; a fish, a starfish or an angelfish. The sandals' straps are bright pink (Starfish) or bright turquoise (Fish and Angelfish). The top of the sole looks like wood and the bottom is pink (Starfish) or turquoise (Fish and Angelfish). The top of the sole has a pink label with the words "Sam and Libby" written in silver. The sandals were sold in little girls' size 11 through girls' size 5.
These are pink and blue shoes with a multi-colored trim. The shoes have a pink rubber sole with silver glitter incased within it. A butterfly appliqué is attached to the top and flower emblems are on the back and sides. A label inside the shoes reads "364430" and "MADE IN CHINA."
The rocker is part of the Herrington collection of patio furniture. The rocker is dark brown with a brown cloth seat, has a swivel base and a cut out pattern on the metal backrest. The item number, 119178, is printed on the rocker's packaging and on the assembly instructions. The rocker came in two sections, a base and a seat, and customers were required to bolt the seat to the base.
The consoles were sold with Vision Fitness treadmill frames and control the operation of the treadmill. 2006 Premier Consoles can be identified by the word Premier or T9700HRT printed on the console face under the Vision Fitness logo. These consoles were sold under model numbers TCFP6, TCPP6 and C9700H6. Model numbers are printed on the underside of the console and located on the serial number tag. The drill bits are 1/4 inch by 13 inches long, 5/16 inch by 13 inches long, 3/8 inch by 13 inches long, and 1/2 inch by 13 inches long. They were sold separately as accessories under the "Vermont American" brand name under catalog numbers: 14044, 14045, 14046, and 14048.
These cable assemblies are used by wall climbers in auto-belay and auto-zip devices to prevent a climber from free-falling. The cable assemblies are made up of a stainless steel cable eye, and 1/4-inch galvanized wire rope. The recalled cable assemblies have date codes 1-06, 2-06, or 3-06 etched onto the cable eye.
The harnesses are tan or light brown and were sold as an accessory with the following tree stands or ladders: Viper X5, Goliath X5, Razor X5, Summit 180o, Bushmaster X5, Broadhead Backpacker, Bullet Backpacker, Clearshot, Openshot, and MegaSampson. Only harnesses with "Manufactured in 2005," and "Made in China" printed on a label on the harness tether are included in this recall.
The recall includes the T7, T7.1, T8 and T9.1 models of the Endurance Treadmills. The treadmills are black and silver. The model number is located along the side of the running surface near the end of the treadmill. Consumers should check the serial number, located on the front lower shroud of the treadmill along the vertical surface on a white sticker, and contact the company to confirm their treadmill is included in the recall.
Gazelle® Freestyle Crosstrainer and Crosstrainer Pro exercisers are "glider-style" exercise equipment. The user moves two foot platforms in a striding motion back and forth while grasping handlebars attached to the platforms. The model name "Gazelle Freestyle Cross Trainer" or "Gazelle Freestyle Cross Trainer Pro" is printed on the side of each product's frame.
The recall involves some X650 second stage regulators. All X650 second stage regulators are clearly marked with a blue capital "X" next to the numbers "650" in white. Affected regulators have a visible bump located on the right side of the unit between the letter "C" and where the mouthpiece attaches to the regulator body.
The recalled coffeemakers make up to 8 cups of coffee and have a programmable countertop feature. The coffeemakers are silver and black with a stainless steel carafe. Model numbers TCM800 and TCM805 are printed on the rating plate on the bottom of the coffeemaker.
The recalled mirror is double-sided, lighted, and has three touch control settings. It has a metal stand with a brushed silver-colored finish. The mirror is 6.5 inches in diameter and has regular side and a magnified side. Model number DK-00118/H-1698-0 is on the bottom of the mirror's base. "Touch lighting with 3 settings" is printed on a white sticker on the top of the mirror's base.
