The Automatic Coffee Centers have E50, E55, E70 or E75 printed in large type on the front panel and model number 12941, 13035, 13085 or 13088 printed on the bottom of the machine. These machines grind, compact ground coffee, pressure brew, stop automatically, and discard the used coffee grounds. They can also dispense hot water for tea and hot steam to froth and steam milk.
The recalled lighters have the "Speedway" logo on the front, "Acculite" embossed on only one side of the silver metal windscreen, and the warning information on the back in black type only (no red type).
The London Underground Neon Wall Sign is made of metal with glass tubing, containing neon gas and includes an AC adaptor. It was sold under item #HB3163, but this is not written on the sign. It is 14.5 inches by 12 inches, and is a licensed product from the London Transport Museum. There is a label attached to back of sign, which reads: "UNDERGROUND®; ©Transport for London; Exclusively designed Underground product, ©TfL registered user no. 04/4088."
The recalled charm bracelets consist of silver-colored metal beads. A silver-colored metal heart frame is attached to the bracelet.
The recall involves an 8-inch long metal bracelet with a heart-shaped charm. The name "Reebok" is engraved on the one side of the charm. The charm bracelet was provided as a free gift with the purchase of various styles of children's footwear.
The rings are silver in color, adjustable, and have one of a variety of designs with a toy "gem" in the center. The necklaces have a black string with silver colored clasps and a silver charm with a "gem" in the center. The following are printed on the charms' packaging: "Mood Necklace," Mood Ring," "Glow in the Dark Necklace," "Glow in the Dark Ring," "UV Necklace" or "UV Ring." The "UV" jewelry packaging reads, "The Sun's Energy Will Change The Color." On the reverse of the packaging is "SKU#815485" and the name "Mannix."
The Valsi "G" model G38MG0750RV, G42MG0750RV, G55MG0900RV, and G65MG1100RV are portable generators with black plastic fuel tank, full lifting frame, and side control panel. The recalled generators are black with blue label and have "Valsi Generator" printed on the label.
The recalled youth hooded fleece garments have drawstrings. They were sold in a variety of colors and have "U.S. Polo Assn." written on them. A sewn-in tag also reads, "U.S. Polo Assn". The style number for these garments is 12-5169.
Both swing sets have metal frames in a variety of colors. The swings hang by chains from the top beam and have black flexible rubber seats. The frame of the "Max Play" Model 200096625 has vertical support posts with a horizontal beam connected across the top. The frame of the "Kid Builders Arch" Model 200122457 has arched end posts with a horizontal beam across the top.
The recalled "Forever-Glo Nite Lites™" look like small picture frames that plug into the wall. Only model numbers 75001 or 75002 with a manufacture date of April 2004 or later are included in this recall. Model 75001 is white or bronze-colored and has molded scroll-work around the front of the nite lite. "Model 75001" is printed on the back of the nite lite. Model 75002 is silver-colored and has a punched tin frame. "Model C8A5" is printed on the back. Both nite lite models measure about 3 inches by 3 inches and are about ¼ inch thick. "AmerTac™" and a circle with the month and year of manufacture are indicated on the back of the nite lites.

The recall involves a white hand-held Facial Cleansing Massager wand that is intended for use with Dove Cleansing Pillows. When turned on, the unit vibrates. This notice applies to all units and all codes of the SkinVitalizer. No other Dove products or Dove Facial Cleansing pillows are involved in this recall.

The recall involves the Silk Kimono Top, sold as catalog/Web site item number 194-860. This is a two-piece garment with a kimono outer shell and an orange inner camisole. The outer shell's sewn in label states the following: "Single, 100% Silk, RN 80763, Made In USA, Dry Clean Only." A separate label shows the item number 194-860. The Silk Kimono Tops were sold in paisley print pattern with metallic threads.
The charms are small silver-colored metal shapes that include flowers, bugs, pumpkins, and picture frames. "Art Accentz," "Changlz," "Provo Craft," and "For ages 3 and over" are printed on the charm's packaging. The charms were sold as decorations for craft projects such as scrapbooks, home décor and jewelry making.

The recalled Blade Turbo™ paintball marker is bright blue with a black handgrip on the nozzle. Two carbon dioxide cartridges are inserted into the back of the marker covered by a clear plastic screw-on cap. The silver-colored carbon dioxide cartridges are about three inches long. The Paintball Breakout Players Kit™ includes a Blade Turbo™, black mask and CO2 cartridges. "Blade Turbo" is printed on the side of the paintball marker. Paintball markers are sometimes referred to as paintball guns.
The repair program involves only the roof glass in sunrooms (including skylights installed as part of the sunroom) that reflect sunlight onto nearby cedar shingles or cedar shakes. It involves reflective Code 77 roof insulating glass units. It includes new sunrooms sold from 1996 through 2002, but possibly constructed later, and those sunrooms, regardless of when built, that had roof glass or skylights replaced with Code 77 glass from 1996 to 2005.
