The recall involves sling swing seats sold as an accessory with Carnival, Sunshine, and Rainbow Series residential play structures manufactured by Rainbow Play Systems, Inc. The seats are about 25 inches in length and were sold in red, yellow, blue and green with 64-inch yellow or green dipped chains. The seats have pointed ends with three black dots and black grommets. Printed on the seat bottom is: Warning Improper installation maintenance, vandalism, or misuse can lead to serious injury. Play structures with the sling swings contain a metal plate on the main beam with the writing, "Rainbow Play Systems Inc. 1-800-RAINBOW."
The recalled swing set models include: The Durango, Tacoma, Odyssey, Bellvue, Monarch, Grand Teton and Outlook II. The swing sets are made of wood, and feature various types of slides, swings and a fabric canopy over part of the structure. The recalled silver-colored metal charms were included as a free giveaway in certain Shirley Temple movie DVDs in specially marked pink boxes. Some DVD boxes contain only charms. Others contain charm bracelets with charms. The charms come in various shapes including animals, hats, treble clefs, and lollipops. The DVD boxes are marked with "Bonus Charm Bracelet Inside," or "Bonus Charm Inside." Charms sold with the following DVD titles are included in this recall. The two metal frame slingshots being recalled are the Daisy Models ERG-100 and ERG-300, marketed under the name "The Natural." The model number is written on the packaging. These slingshots have an offset fork design, a sling made of bright green tubing with a black leather ammunition pouch and small balls inside the tubing where it connects to the frame. Both models have black plastic handles. The smaller ERG-100 model has the words "Powerline Daisy Mfg. Rogers, AR" on the handle, while the same words are found on the adjustable wrist brace of the larger ERG-300 model. This voluntary recall does not apply to Daisy's Powerline Slingshots models F16, B52 and P51, which have yellow tubing.
The recalled Phil & Teds e3 twin buggy has a metal frame and side by side cloth seats. The strollers were sold in a variety of colors including red, orange, black, charcoal gray and navy. "e3 twin" is embroidered on the front of each seat and the Phil & Teds logo is printed on the crotch piece of each harness.
The recalled exercise benches are free-standing and typically used for free weight workouts. They have white, gray, or black steel bases, with a black vinyl bench seat and backrest. The Hoist "5-Position Fold-Up Bench," "Folding Flat Bench," and "Folding Ab-Crunch Bench" are included in this recall. Although the bench names and model numbers do not appear on the benches, the serial number is located on a white sticker behind the seat of the bench. Only benches with certain serial numbers are included in this recall. The recalled boots are sold under the Georgia Boot brand name and include style numbers G1623 and G1624. The style numbers appear on sewn-in labels inside the boot. These boots come in brown, rust, beige, and brown Nubuck, which is a light, brushed, full-grain leather, with black or tan nylon mesh and are fully lined with breathable moisture wicking material. The hooks and eyelets are set on steel washers with a rubber sole. The Georgia Boot brand name appears on the outer tongue label and the backstrap webbing.
The RedMax gasoline-powered backpack blowers are red and black with a white fuel tank. Model numbers EB6200, EB7000, EB7001, and EB7001RH can be found on the body of the blowers along with "RedMax," "Zenoah," and "Komatsu."
The Shindaiwa gasoline-powered backpack blowers are red and black with a white fuel tank. Model numbers EB630 or EB630RT are printed on the body of the blowers, along with Shindaiwa.
The recalled fuel tanks were installed on all 2004, 2005 and 2006 Firecat and Sabercat models. The recall also includes all 2003 Firecat carbureted models. The affected models were manufactured in a variety of colors and engine sizes. However, all are included in this recall.
These smoke hoods are one-time use respiratory devices that assist users with breathing, while escaping a fire. They include a transparent plastic hood that covers the user's head, and a canister that filters out toxic gases. "EVAC+™" or "EVAC-U8™" is printed on the canister.
These camming anchors or "Alien Cams" are devices used as both a precautionary measure to stop a climber in the event of falls, or it is used to actually support the climber. Climbers insert the device into cracks or crevasses in rock and it grips the sides of the crack. The recalled units are marked with a small center punch dimple at the base of the round ball where the axle goes through the cable eye. They have production dates, from November 2004 (written as 1104) through December 2005 (written as 1205), which can be found on the bottom of the handle puller.
The recalled girls' hooded sweaters are pink, blue and white and have a label that reads "Who's That Girl!" The R/N number is 48829, printed on the inside neck tag of the garment.
The saws are used for the removal of floors or cutting flooring in the toe kick area under cabinets. Only Model 795, which has a blue handle and motor housing, is included in this recall. "Model 795" and "Crain Toe-Kick Saw" are printed on a label on the blue motor housing.
The YDP213 Digital Piano is black with a black and white keyboard and brown trim. The bench is black with a cushioned seat. White stick-on labels on the underside of the bench give the assembly instructions and reference several requirements. All labels have Yamaha written on them. The serial number and "Made in China" are stamped on the underside of the seat. The YDP213 Digital Piano and BC-104DR(U) Keyboard Bench are sold together with the bench, boxed within the piano box. The model number of the bench appears only on the box within the piano box and not on the bench itself.
The round, black mini-trampoline measures 36 inches across and has six 7½-inch long metal legs. The mini-trampoline is used for in-place jogging and other cardiovascular exercises. Most mini-trampolines that have model numbers containing 35-1625 are included in the recall. Model 35-1625C and 35-1625CW units are not included in the recall. The model number, along with the customer service and serial numbers, are stamped on a black and white label on one of the legs, containing the name "Stamina."
The recalled bed rest is designed to support a person sitting in bed. It is beige and consists of a back, two foldable armrests with a cup holder and massage controls, and a headrest with a reading light attached. "Imported by Brookstone Company" is printed on a tag attached to the bed rest. The massaging bed rest also provides heat at a single setting. A curly beige cord is attached to the back lower left corner of the bed rest. On some of the bed rests, "SKU NO: 431254" is printed on a round metal plate where the curly beige cord plugs into the bed rest. "Brookstone" is printed on the beige plug-in transformer that attaches to the beige cord.
The recall involves all models and packages of the Model Years 2005 and 2006 Mach Z and all models and packages of the Model Year 2006 MX Z Renegade 1000 Ski-Doo® snowmobiles. The Mach Z model was available in black and the MXZ model was available in black or yellow. Model name is located on the side panels.
All Magnetix magnetic building sets, including the X-treme Combo, Micro, and Extreme sets. The sets contain 20 to 200 plastic building pieces and 20 to 100 1/2-inch diameter steel balls. The building pieces are red, yellow, blue and green, and are shaped in 1 1/2-inch squares, 1-inch triangles and cylinder rods. Some plastic building pieces have "Magnetix" imprinted on them.
This recall involves the Bowflex Ultimate 2 home gym, which is an exercise machine equipped with pulleys, tension rods and other equipment, to permit the user to select from among a variety of exercise routines. The name "Bowflex" and the model name "Bowflex Ultimate 2" are on the front of the lat tower and the sides of the main upright frame structure.
