This recall involves air exchangers with and without heat recovery sold under different brands that are used to circulate air in and out of the home. The metal air exchangers are painted blue or grey. Air exchangers with heat recovery included in this recall were manufactured from January 2002 through May 2008 and have brand and model information written on a silver or black label on the outside panel. Air exchangers without heat recovery included in this recall were manufactured from January 2002 through July 2009 and have brand and model information printed on the unit's rating plate or imprinted on the side of the unit. This recall involves all Aqua Lung buoyancy compensator vests with SureLock II rubber handles attached to the weight pockets, including those with SureLock II handles that were replaced in the previous recall. The handles are gray rubber, measure about 2 inches tall by 4 inches wide and extend from the forward end of the ditchable weight pockets. SureLock II handles were installed in most Aqua Lung and one model of Apeks buoyancy compensators including: all discontinued Black Diamond, Pro QD and Pro QDi3 models with serial numbers lower than BB408620. The recall also includes all Apeks Black Ice, Axiom, Axiom i3, Balance, Dimension, Libra, Lotus, Pearl, Pearl i3, ProLT and Zuma models with serial numbers lower than BB408620. The buoyancy compensator's model name is embroidered on the inside back pad or on the right lobe. "Sure Lock" is molded into the back of the weight pocket. The serial numbers are located on a tag under the back pad of the buoyance compensator or inside the pocket. Earlier models could have the number printed on a tag behind the hook and loop inflator hold down on the left shoulder.
The recalled whistles are red and were included in a plastic Hello Kitty figurine holding a pink heart-shaped lollipop. The whistle can be removed and used to make sounds by inhaling or exhaling through the mouthpiece. When closed, the figurine measures about 3 inches in height and width and 1 3/4 inches in depth. The whistle measures about 1 3/4 inches in height and width and 3/4 inches in depth. A picture of Hello Kitty appears on both sides of the whistle. The text "©1976, 2014 SANRIO CO., LTD." appears above Hello Kitty's face on the whistle, and "Made for McDonald's China CCW Chine" appears below Hello Kitty's face on the whistle. The bag in which the toy is packaged includes the text "Hello Kitty® Birthday Lollipop" and the number "6" in the upper right corner.
The recall includes wall-mounted storage bars made of medium-density fiberboard with an oak wood finish that allow hanging storage accessories to be attached. The storage bars were sold in two sizes; long and short. The long bar is 36 inches in length and the short bar is 23.5 inches in length. The accessories are sold separately and include items such as a black metal mesh basket, key hooks and S-hooks. The storage bars have SKU numbers 491996 (long) and 491997 (short) printed on the UPC sticker attached to the product packaging. There are no identifying labels on the product itself.
This recall involves Waterway Plastics Designer Pro Series suction covers with model number 640-52XX S, printed on top of the outside edge of the plastic. The round covers are black and silver and were installed in select spas manufactured by Catalina Spas, Four Winds Spas, Dimension One Spas, and Sunrise Spas from June 2011 to June 2013. The covers are installed on the following model spas: Sunrise Spas Series 989 Aquarian, Bimini (Mermaid brand only), 939 Endeavour, 959 Equinox, Essence 250, Genesis 250, Jewel 250, Legend 250, Medallion 350, S102 (Whitewater brand only), S103, S104, S105, 203LS, 204LS, 205LS, 949 Meridian, 249 Spirit SE, Tonga (Mermaid brand only). Model and series numbers are located on the cabinet panel on the lower right side near the top side control. This recall involves Cane Creek Cycling Components DBINLINE bicycle rear shock absorbers. The shocks are marked with graphics that incorrectly identify the adjustment directions for High Speed Rebound (HSR) damping. HSR on the shock is decreased by turning the adjuster counter-clockwise and increased by turning it clockwise. The incorrect graphics present the opposite; that is, the plus(+) and minus(-) symbols are switched. The consumer can be misled or confused when adjusting HSR on these shocks. The shocks come in black anodized aluminum with the words "INLINE" marked on the air can portion of the shock and are attached to a full-suspension mountain bike frame. Recalled products have a serial number on the underside of the top valve body in the following ranges: AA00002 - AA07304 and SA00077 - SA03926. This recall involves a Signature Designs Halloween image projector. The projector is a flashlight with cap that holds special lenses to project messages and images onto a wall or other surfaces. The flashlight handle is black with the word Halloween and pictures of a skull and a jack o' lantern printed in white. The handle is about 7 inches long and holds two size C batteries. The cap is orange and is about 3 inches high and about 2 inches in diameter. The projector comes with three lenses: an orange lens with a black jack o' lantern, a yellow lens with a black bat and a purple lens with the words "Trick or Treat" in black. A clear label with "Signature Designs (HK) Ltd, Ningbo, China, 14-121-02, 05/2014" printed in white is on the side of the handle opposite the orange on/off switch.
This recall involves McDonnell and Miller series 750 Low Water Cut-Off control units, which in connection with a water level sensor, are used as a primary or secondary safety control on hot water or steam boilers to signal the boiler to provide protection in low water conditions. The unit is mounted on the outside of a boiler, generally near the boiler's main electrical panel. They are black and measure about 6 inches high x 5 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches deep. The units have a green LED "On" light, a red LED "Low Water" light and test and manual reset buttons on the top. "McDonnell and Miller," "Guard Dog," "Low Water Cut-Off" and model numbers 750-MT-120, 751-MT-120, 751P-MT-120 or 752P-MT-24 are printed on a white label on the outside of the unit. Date codes G41 or H41 are inked on the inside back plate.
This recall involves the ThermalStrike Expedition bed bug heat treatment system. Consumers place items inside the system to kill bed bugs that may be in the items. The system is made of white, corrugated plastic and has four pieces: a base, a folding four-panel wall, a lid and a temperature sensor. The base and the walls are held together by hook and loop fasteners. When assembled, the unit is a box 31 inches long by 18 inches wide by 24 inches tall. The rear of the base has a power cord and the female connector of a power cable attached. The insides of the wall panels have a heating element composed of black heating film connected to a white, flexible electrical conducting strip. The male connector of the power cable is attached to the conducting strip and protrudes from the rear wall panel. The system is energized when the power cables are joined and the power cord is plugged into an electrical outlet. The words "ThermalStrike" and "Bed Bug Heat Treatment" are on the front of the unit. ThermalStrike is also printed on the heating element on the interior of the unit.
This recall involves Fiskars Titanium Bypass Lopper shears with model number 6954. The lopper shears have 32-inch dark orange steel handles and black rubber grips with a gray strip. Plastic gears connected to the pruning blades allow the consumers to open and close the pruning blades by moving the handles. "FISKARS" is printed on one handle and product identification information, including model number 6954, is printed on a label on the opposite handle above the barcode.
This recall involves Zazou women's sheer 100% silk scarves. They were sold in 20 different solid colors including black, burgundy, celery, chili red, coral, espresso, fuchsia, grey, indigo, iris blue, mist blue, olive, peacock, periwinkle, pink, purple, ruby, sea foam and white. The scarves measure 72 inches long by 20 inches wide. Zazou Luxe is printed on a tag sewn into the side seam of the scarf.
This recall involves boys Fission zipper hooded sweatshirts made of 100% cotton. The sweatshirts come in black, green, royal blue, true red and turquoise color. There is a white drawstring tie that is attached on each side of the neck area. There are two pockets and a white zipper on the front of the garment. The recalled sweatshirts were sold in boys sizes small (size 8-10) and medium (size 12-14). The size can be found on the label that is sewn into the seam of the neck area. There is also a white label sewn into the lower left seam inside the garment. On the label, it states Karachi Pakistan, Active Apparel, has the manufacture date "MAY, 2014," and batch number 61271,159.
The FLEX-ING™ FLEX-ON hardwall curb hose is 1 inch in diameter ranging in lengths from 9 inches to 100 feet, including various made-to-order lengths, with fixed and swivel fittings. The product is used in conjunction with the gas station nozzle to dispense or transfer refined fuels such as gasoline, diesel, ethanol blends and biodiesel blends (up to E15). The recalled hoses come in black, green, blue, yellow or red. A date code of M1014 through M3014 in WWYY format, is on the fitting with model numbers starting with FLHFR3XX XXX or FLXHW3XX XXX. On the products with a fixed fitting, the model number is on a label on the crimp ferrule. On products with a swivel fitting, the model number can be found on the label of the box in which it was shipped. "FLEX-ING™ FLEX-ON" or "FLEXSTEEL FUTURA" are printed on the hoses.
This recall involves a Pure Baby Organic boy's hoodie made of 100% cotton. It comes in solid gray with a red drawstring that is inside the lining of the hood that surrounds the face. They have a zipper front closure. The recalled hoodies were sold in toddler boy's sizes 2t to boy's size 3. There is a white label sewn into the neck line that has the name Purebaby on it. There is also a label underneath it that has the size printed on it and states Made in India. A label with style number PB1613.B12 is sewn into an inside side seam of the garment under the washing instruction label.

This recall involves the SBGA-34 audible base that is affixed to ceiling-mounted smoke detectors in order to sound an alarm when the fire alarm system is activated. The audible base has part number S54370-F13 and date codes 0113 through 2314 in a WWYY format printed on a white label on the back of the unit part affixed to the wall. "MODEL SBGA-34" is printed on a blue label also affixed to the back of the device. The base is off-white and measures about 6 inches in diameter. This recall involves IKEA GUNGGUNG Swing. GUNGGUNG is intended for indoor and outdoor use by children ages 3-7. It is made of green polyester fabric and hangs from a plastic suspension fitting attached to steel hooks. The full length of the suspension strap, including the sling seat, is 17 feet and the width of the seat is 0.8 feet. A permanent label is attached to one of the suspension straps, showing age recommendation (3-7), IKEA logo, Design and Quality IKEA of Sweden, GUNGGUNG article number 302.439.74, supplier number 17915 and Made in Vietnam.
This recall involves Kidde residential smoke alarm model i12010S with manufacture dates between December 18, 2013 and May 13, 2014, combination smoke/CO alarm i12010SCO with manufacture dates between December 30, 2013 and May 13, 2014, and combination smoke/CO alarm model KN-COSM-IBA with manufacture date between October 22, 2013 and May 13, 2014. They are hard-wired into a home's electric power. The i12010S and i12010SCO come with sealed 10-year batteries inside. The KN-COSM-IBA model has a compartment on the front for installation of replaceable AA backup batteries. The alarms are white, round and measure about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. Kidde is engraved on the front of the alarm. Kidde, the model number and manufacture dates are printed on a label on the back of the alarm. "Always On" is also engraved on the front of alarms with sealed 10-year batteries.
This recall involves all 2014 Arctic Cat Wildcat Trail and Wildcat Trail XT side-by-side utility vehicles with Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) 000001 through 316232. The VIN is located on the frame tube near the driver's side front wheel. These units were sold in red, green, lime green, team arctic green and mat black. The words "Arctic Cat" and "Wildcat Trail" appear on the sides of these vehicles and on the hood.
This recall involves the 2014 Honda gasoline-powered EU7000isN AT generator. The recalled model is a 7,000-watt generator. It is red with a black metal frame, folding handles and two wheels on the side opposite the handles. The generator measures about 33 1/2 inches long by 26 1/2 inches wide by 27 1/2 inches tall with the handles folded. "Honda," "FI" and "EU7000is" are printed on the side of the generator. "Honda" is also on the front of the generator above the control panel. The full model name "EU7000isN AT" is on the UPC label near the fuel level indicator on the top of the generator. Recalled generators have a serial number in the range EEJD-1000001 to EEJD 1006288. The serial number is on the inside of the side cover that is to the right of the control panel.
