This recall involves Sevylor brand River Racer inflatable rubber tubes. The recalled tubes are black, 36 inches in diameter and about 15 inches tall. Each tube seats one person. The tubes have the Sevylor logo and name, and the River Racer logo and name printed in blue on the outer side. Model number 2000014090 is located on the inner side of the tube below the bottom left corner of the English language warning.
The 1X and the Overdrive 1X control systems are both comprised of a light-weight control bar to control and depower the kite, a set of flying lines and a harness loop/quick release (QR) mechanism. This recall involves model year 2014 SR10R (SRViper), SR10RXS (SRViper RTX SE), SR10L (SRViper LTX), SR10LS (SRViper LTX SE) and SR10XS (SRViper XTX) snowmobiles and model year 2015 SR10LS (SRViper LTX SE) snowmobiles. They were sold in a variety of red, black, blue and white color combinations. The VIN number is stamped on the tunnel near the right side footrest. The letter E in the 10th position of the VIN number indicates that the unit was made in the 2014 model year, and a letter F in the 10th position indicates that the unit was made in the 2015 model year. The model number can be found on the lower left and right cowling just below the word "YAMAHA."
This recall involves Air Innovations branded Ultrasonic Clean Mist humidifiers with mood lights. Model number MH-407 and date code MX1342, MX1343, MX1344, MX1344, MX1345 or MX1346 are printed on a label affixed to the underside of the humidifier. The recalled humidifiers are 15 inches high and were sold in four colors: black, silver, red and blue. A mood light button and the words "Air Innovations" are on the front of the one-gallon humidifiers. QVC item number V32459 is printed on the packing slip shipped with the humidifier.
This recall involves the Little Marc Jacobs girl's hooded pull-over swimwear cover up jacket made of 100% cotton. The jackets are navy with red flowers and teal leaves and have a teal bunny appliqué and two buttons on the front. They were sold in girl's sizes 2 through 12. Little Marc Jacobs Swimwear, style number LM28616, Lot #1 and the size are printed on the black sewn-in label at the center back of the jackets.
This recall involves NRS "Chaos Side Cut" helmets used for water sports, including rafting, kayaking, stand-up paddling and canoeing. The helmet's hard shell is available in yellow, red, blue or white. "NRS" is printed on the front and back of the helmet. The recalled helmets have a black "Boa" dial-fit retention harness inside at the back of the helmet. "Boa" is printed on the dial. "Chaos" and PO#39225 are printed on a white sticker inside of the helmet. Helmets with an "Inspected" sticker inside the shell under the Boa dial are not included in this recall.
This recall involves CXB Series LED high-bay indoor light fixtures with model numbers CXB-23L-40K-U-1-HC and CXB-23L-40K-U-1-JP. The light fixtures are used in airport, industrial, municipal, and retailer settings, are silver colored, have a tempered glass lens and measure about 16 inches x 18 inches x 7 inches. The affected products can be identified by the manufacturing lot number found underneath the UPC label on the rim of the fixture. The recalled product is the StoveTop FireStop Microhood. It is a flame activated, dry chemical powder, fire suppression device that mounts over a residential cooktop stove, underneath a microwave oven. The Microhood units are plastic/metal and come in black and white. They are about 14 inches long and 4 inches wide and 3 inches high. The recalled model numbers are 677-1 (black) and 677-2 (white) with a "Replace Before" date of June 2014 thru August 2019. This date is located on the bottom of each unit.
This recall involves kayak and watersports storage hangers sold as a pair of blue and black fabric straps that measure approximately 1 inch wide and 84 inches long when unbuckled. The straps include a plastic snap buckle to adjust the length and a plastic-coated steel S-hook attachment for hanging. This recall involves model year 2014 Arctic Cat XF 7000 and ZR 7000 and model year 2015 XF 7000 and ZR 7000 snowmobiles. They were sold in a variety of green, black, orange and white color combinations. All XF and ZR 2014 models are included in this recall. Recalled 2015 model vehicles have the last six digits of the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the following ranges: 100920 through 100993 for the XF 7000 models and 100792 through 100919 for the ZR 7000. The fourth and fifth digits of the VIN, "14" or "15," correspond to the model year. The VIN appears on a sticker attached to the chassis near the rider's right foot rest. The model name appears on the front sides of the snowmobile.
This recall involves thirty-three models of the 400 and 500 series Edwards (ESL)-branded and Interlogix smoke detectors hard-wired into a security system. Edwards and Interlogix smoke detectors are identical. The 2-wire or 4-wire detectors are round, white and measure 6 inches across by 2 inches high. The smoke detectors were made for professional installation and used primarily in commercial buildings, schools, hotels/motels, apartments, dormitories and homes as part of the fire alarm system. Recalled units have date codes 13084 through 14059 with the first two digits representing the year, for example: 13 for 2013 and 14 for 2014; and the last three digits representing the day of the year, for example: 084 is the 84th day of 2013, which is March 25, 2013. This recall involves two models of torch handles that were sold under the Lincoln Electric® and Harris Products Group® brand names. The torch handles are used in welding. They are gold in color and made out of brass. Welding torch model numbers include 18-5 and 85. Manufacture date codes include FM, GA, GB and GC. The model number and date code are stamped on the torch handle at the end closest to the flame. The torch handles were sold individually and also as part of the following kits. The clear glass lens, used to "soften" light with an additional lens layer, is 4 ¾ inches in diameter and 1/8 inch thick. The lenses were manufactured between January 2007 and December 2013. There are no markings on the product. The product number is on the packaging.
This recall involves Metabo W14-150 Ergo series 6-inch medium angle grinders. The angle grinders have a green body, a black and red handle, and a silver head and wheel guard. The grinders measure about 16 inches long by 4 inches wide by 5 inches deep, have a 6-inch wheel capacity and weigh about eight pounds.
