This recall involves the Karambit neck knife and sheath. The half-moon shaped knife measures 7 inches in length and was sold in an urban camo print. "MTech USA" is laser printed on the blade. Model number MT-664UC-SO is marked on the back of the knife. The knife fits into an unmarked molded black sheath that is about 4.5 inches in length. The sheath has a snap clip on the back and also comes with a beaded lanyard chain. Replacement sheaths have "MTech USA" laser printed on the back.
This recall involves Big Sword fireworks devices. The mock sword is a handheld fountain that is intended to emit sparks from the tip of the sword. The blue and yellow sword has the Big Fireworks logo and the words "Big Sword" printed on the front. A yellow cardboard tag attached to the handle of the device has "Big Sword" and a caution statement printed on it. The sword measures 30 inches and has model number 3609 printed above the product's barcode.
This recall involves All Power brand single stage snow throwers. The snow throwers are black and yellow and have a red cap on the gas tank. They have a 20-inch wide snow clearing width and an 87cc, 4-cycle engine. The model number of the recalled snow throwers is SB044P which is printed on a yellow and black sticker located on the top of the unit with the phrase "20 Inch Clearing Width."
This recall involves Contraband 24 fireworks kits with canister shells and firing tubes that are designed to be used multiple times. Shells are put into each tube one by one and lit. The shells are about 1 ¼ inches in diameter. The tubes in some kits may be too narrow and not allow the shell to drop to the bottom of the tube when loaded. When fired, the shell can blow a hole in the tube. Each kit contains 24 60-gram shells with fuses attached and four fiberglass firing tubes with wooden bases. The kit came in a brown cardboard box about 28 inches tall, 9 inches wide and about 5 inches deep. The front of the box has the words "Contraband 24," "24 Cannister Shells," "Maximum Powder Load" printed in black and red. The front also has a warning stating the product should only be used under close adult supervision and outdoors. Model number JP-933 is printed on the left front of the box above the warning. The back of the box has color photos and descriptions the effect each shell should create.
This recall involves the GD3200-P flush glass front and GD3200B-P with a bay window, propane gas fireplaces. The fireplaces are black and approximately 33 inches tall and 31.25 inches wide with gold accent designs on the top and bottom of the outside of the product. The model number GD3200-P and GD3200B-P can be found in the center of the rating label. The rating label is located on the base of the fireplace behind the lower louvered access door.
This recall involves Julie Vos women's scarves. The scarves are 100 percent modal fabric, a type of rayon, and were sold in two prints, Anchor and Sierra. Anchor was sold in three colors, including blue, green and orange. Sierra was sold in four colors, including raspberry/magenta, orange/peach, cream/gray and blue/purple. The scarves measure 75 inches long by 45 inches wide. Julie Vos is printed on a tag sewn into the back of the scarf.
This recall involves 37 models of Trane XB300 and American Standard brand Silver SI split system outdoor cooling units. The units are gray and have a black grated front. The units were sold in two sizes: 25.5 inches deep by 23.5 inches wide by 28.83 inches tall and 28.83 inches deep by 28.48 inches wide by 29.28 inches tall. The Trane or American Standard logo is affixed to the front and model numbers are printed on the silver nameplate on the back of the unit. The recalled Reebok TCPRE Senior (SR) and Junior (JR) Goalie Throat Collars are black with white trim and the word "Reebok" is embroidered at the base of the collar. They have the BNQ certification mark screen printed and the words "Ballistic Nylon Ballistique", "TCPRE SR or JR" and sizing information on the right side of the collar base. Affected products have the model number K101SR TCPRE or K101JR TCPRE located on the label sewn on the inside of each throat collar pad and on the outside of a polybag in which the product may have been sold at retail stores.
This recall involves two models of Hitachi Koki 3 ¼ inch strip pneumatic nailers with depth adjustment. Affected model numbers are NR83A2(Y) and NR83A3. Model numbers are located on a label attached to the side of the nailers and on the outside of the box containing the product. The manufacturing date can be identified by the serial number engraved at the end of the handle on the nailer. Model number NR83A2(Y) has serial numbers which start with QD2, QN2 QO2, Q13, Q23, Q33, Q43, Q52, Q53, Q62, Q72, Q82 and Q92. Model number NR83A3 has serial numbers which start with QD3, QN3, QO3, Q14, Q24, Q34, Q63, Q73, Q83 and Q93. Units with a letter "R" decal next to the model number and an engraved "R" near the serial number are not included in this product recall.

They are part of a six-piece Cayman Resin Wicker seating set consisting of two ottomans, two chairs, a sofa and a table. The recalled sets will have item number DA13-015-6S-2CO and SKU 810140754, which can be found in the instructions that accompany the sets.
This recall involves glass bubble knobs used on cabinet doors and drawers. The knobs were sold in two sizes and six colors including: blue, amethyst, pink, green, smoke and clear. The larger knobs are about 1.25 inches in diameter. The smaller knobs are about .75 inches in diameter. The glass knobs are attached to bronze-colored hardware.
This recall involves Weil-McLain Ultra models 80, 105, 155 and 230 MBH gas-fired boilers used for space heating. The boilers have a serial number range between CP 6557046 and CP 6955985. Model and serial numbers are located on a bar-coded label affixed to the lower right side of the boiler, behind the removable front panel. The boilers have a Weil-McLain logo plate affixed to the front, a pewter/flat black cover and are either freestanding or wall-mounted.
This recall involves Lea Covington and Hannah Collections style bunk beds with bookcases. The beds were sold in twin over twin and full over full sizes with accessories including a bookcase. The Covington Collection has a cherry finish and the Hannah Collection, a white finish. The Lea name and model information is printed on a label attached to the backside of the headboard on the bottom bunk and on the back of the bookcase. This recall involves 5-inch and 6-inch Mirka CEROS compact electric random orbital sanders. The sanders are yellow and black with the Mirka logo on the front. A speed control lever is on the top of the sanders and a vacuum hose connector on the rear. The recalled sanders came with a carrying case, a 12-foot power cord, a DC transformer, a wrench, a multi-hole backup pad and assorted abrasives. The 5-inch sander is model CEROS 550. The 6-inch sander is model CEROS 650. Model names are on a white sticker on the back of the sander housing beneath the hand grip. Serial numbers are engraved on the side of the sander housing just above the dust shroud. This recall involves Mission Archery crossbows that have the automatic safety located behind the trigger at rear of scope mount, models MXB 320, MXB Dagger, MXB 400 and MXB 360; and serial numbers ranging from XB04879 to XB16555. The crossbows were sold in black, lost camo AT (a three-color camouflage pattern with light brown, dark brown, dark green), white camo and pink camo pattern. The crossbows measure between 29 and 35 inches long and were available individually or as part of a package that included a black scope, quiver, three bolts and a rope cocking aid. Mission by Mathews is engraved on the left rear side of the crossbow's rail. The serial number is located on the underside of the rail directly behind the safety. Mission and the model name are printed on each limb.
This recall involves the Quantum® series ELM and ELM2 emergency light fixtures. They are about 12.5-inches wide, 5-inches high and 3.75-inches deep in white or black plastic and have two incandescent lights and a rechargeable lead acid battery. ELM or ELM2 appears on the label inside the fixture's plastic housing above the battery. The recalled units have circuit boards that are green on both sides and either Rev B or Rev C printed in the top left corner. Emergency lights with circuit boards that are beige on one side and ELM2 LED, ELM2 SD and ELM2 WRS fixtures are not included in the recall.
This recall involves Precision Shooting Equipment's TAC Elite, TAC Ordnance and Enigma crossbows. The TAC Elite Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has an aluminum rail/barrel, a pistol grip and an M-4 carbine style adjustable stock that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 41.5 inches to 45 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2097056 through 2134901 are being recalled. The TAC Ordnance Crossbow is black with a 22-inch wide bow. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. "PSE Archery" is printed on the outer side of the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It is 34.75 inches long with aluminum rails and does not have a trigger housing or a stock. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted near the rear of the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a bipod, a scope and three arrows. TAC Elite crossbows with serial numbers 2121938 through 2133384 are being recalled. Serial numbers for the TAC Elite and TAC Ordnance are engraved directly above the hand grip. The Enigma crossbow is camouflage colored. It has a 20-inch wide bow with a black stirrup attached to the front. The crossbow has split limbs made of fiberglass. Cam pulleys are mounted between the upper and lower halves of both limbs. It has aluminum rails, a pistol grip and a rifle style stock with an adjustable butt plate that allows the crossbow length to be extended from 40.5 inches to 44.75 inches. The PSE logo and the model name are on an emblem mounted above the trigger housing on the left side of the crossbow. The crossbow comes with a scope, a side-mounted quiver, a sling and a cocking rope. All Enigma crossbows are being recalled.
This recall includes all Nest Protect Smoke + CO alarms. The alarms are made of black or white plastic and are about 5.25 inches square with rounded corners and about 1.5 inches deep. The word "nest" is on a large button on the face of the alarm. Consumers can enable the alarms to be controlled by a computer or a smartphone over a wireless network. The alarms have a Nest Wave feature, which allows users to temporarily silence some alerts or cancel a manual test by vigorously waving an arm near the unit that triggered the alarm. Nest Protect Smoke + CO alarms came from the factory with the Nest Wave feature enabled and with the slider button in the "On" position in Nest Protect Settings.
The recall includes felt Easter baskets with scalloped edges and a handle. The felt baskets were sold in five colors including blue, two shades of green and two shades of pink. The basket models include a blue basket with a small stuffed bunny face, a bright green basket with a bow, a light green basket with white and pink bunny ears, a bright pink basket with a bow and a pink basket with a bow and a yellow flower attachment. Black or white decorative beads are used as the eyes of the bunny and the center of the yellow flower attachment. The baskets measure 14" high by 9" wide at the widest point. The model number ct12011 and SKU number 30173064 are printed on a hangtag on the basket handle.
