This recall involves girls' leggings sold in the following colors: black/pink belt, black/silver belt, black and white stripe/black belt, blue and white stripe/blue belt, blue hounds-tooth/blue belt, grey check/pink belt, grey with dots/pink belt, khaki/pink belt, khaki with dots/pink belt, pink and white check/white belt, purple/purple belt and red and blue plaid/blue belt. The knit leggings were sold sizes 1 ½ to 8 years and have a plastic belt with bow-shaped buckle. HandM is printed on the back of the care label. The care label is either black or white and attached to the waistband in the back of the leggings. The garments have an O/N (order number) and P/N (product number) printed on the top of the care label. The following O/N numbers are included in the recall: 345180, 400690, 400691, 441760, 441761, 441762, 446960, 446961, 446962, 446963, 446965 and 978210.
This recall involves StyleCraft Home Collection stretcher benches sold in espresso with linen cloth. The two-person benches have a cushioned seat upholstered with linen fabric that is fastened with burnished brass tacks. The espresso-stained wooden legs have an x-shaped support. The benches measure about 44 inches long, 18 inches wide and 17 inches high. Made in China and part number SF1918AMM are printed on the bottom of the bench.
This recall involves 2009 and 2010 model year Exmark Quest ZRT mid-mount riding mowers. The mowers are red and gray. Exmark is printed on the side and Quest is printed on the front of the riding mowers. The model and serial numbers are on a metal plate behind the seat on the left hand side. This recall involves an Avon Ergonomic Eyelash Curler which is silver with black ergonomic finger grips. The word Avon is engraved in the silver upper lash curling bar. The recalled curler has the Avon model number F3093441 which can be found on the product's box.
This recall involves Misty Mate 2.5-ounce high pressure personal misters. The air misters are approximately 8 inches tall and are designed to spray a mist of water for personal cooling. They have a clear plastic cylinder to hold water, blue base and top and a nylon carrying strap attached to the top. The cylinder measures between 1.25 and 1.5 inches in diameter. A horizontal line with the word "fill" is printed on the cylinder.
This recall involves Northstar® liquid fuel lanterns with model number 2000B750 and date codes 10 13 or 11 13. The model number is printed on the base of the lantern, under the lighting instructions. The date code is stamped on the underside of the lantern. A Coleman logo sticker is affixed to the front of the lantern base. The green lanterns measure about 13" tall by 7" wide by 7" deep.
The recalled product is a bronze-colored 3-in-1 flashlight that was distributed as a promotional item for Marlboro brand cigarettes. The flashlight is 4.5 inches long and 1 inch in diameter and has five LED lights. It has a compartment for storing matches and an end cap that has compass in the top. The cap with the compass has a striker pad on the inside. It came with 20 wooden matches and a removable foam insert between the matches and the striker pad.
This recall involves the Ripzone Boys' Hooligan hoodie jacket. The jackets are 100% polyester waterproof material and have a front zip closure with Velcro adjustable cuffs. There are two zippered pockets on the front of the jacket and a drawstring around the neck of the garment. The jacket is black with a neon blue stripe diagonal across each shoulder and two neon blue stripes around the bottom of the jacket. The jackets were sold in youth sizes small/petite (s/p) and medium (m). RPZN and the size can be found on the label sewn into the seam of the neck area of the garment. The style number 78938 is located on the care label of the jacket which is on the right front, inside lower seam of the jacket.
This recall involves four models of White-Rodgers digital thermostats. The thermostats are white with blue lighted screens and have one of the following names printed on the front of them: "COMFORTSENTRY," "DICO," "Emerson," "Frigidaire," "Maytag," "Nutone," "Partners Choice," "Rheem," "Ruud," "Unico," "Water Furnace," "Westinghouse," "White-Rodgers" or "Zonefirst." The thermostats have a battery door on the top left corner. There are three or four buttons to the right and also below the thermostat screen. Recalled thermostats do not show a battery icon on the left side of the blue lighted screen.
This recall involves Vibe USB mobile power bars also known as portable USB power supply or portable chargers. The power bars were sold in black, white, blue, green, pink and purple. The rectangular-shaped power bars measure one square inch by three inches long and have a cord with key ring attached at the end. "Power Bank" is embossed on the face of the device. "Vibe" and "Power Bar" are printed on the front of the black packaging along with an image of the device in one of the six colors. This recall involves 30-pint portable GE brand dehumidifiers. The dehumidifiers are white plastic and measure about 19 inches tall, 13 inches wide and 9 inches deep with a front-loading water bucket. "GE" and digital controls are located on top of the dehumidifier. Model, serial and manufacture dates are located on a label on the back of the dehumidifier. This recall involves all Magnum and Matrix Fitness 900 Pro Series multi-station strength training towers used at commercial fitness facilities such as health clubs, hotels, apartment complexes and rehabilitation centers; schools and municipal facilities. The machines involved in this recall were sold in various multi-station configurations. The machines include, but are not limited to, the adjustable pulley, the dual adjustable pulley, the triceps push down and the bicep/tricep pull down. Magnum or Matrix appear on the serial number label at the base of each unit.

Ariens Compact and Compack Track Snow-Thro snow throwers included in the recall are orange and 22 to 24 inches wide. Sno-Tek model snow throwers included in the recall are black and 20 to 28 inches wide. Power brushes included in the recall are Ariens and Gravely model PB-28 All Season Brush and Ariens 28-inch brush CE. The Ariens power brush was sold in orange and the Gravely in red. The snow throwers and power brushes have the Ariens, Sno-Tek or Gravely brand name printed on the product. For all recalled units, model and serial numbers are printed on a white label affixed to the lower rear of the product, near the wheel. This recall involves the Excalibur Matrix Mega 405 crossbows. Matrix 405 is printed on a label on the left side of the stock. The crossbow was sold in a mossy oak treestand camouflage pattern. The crossbow measures about 36 inches long and was sold individually or as part of a package with a black scope, four-arrow quiver and bracket, four arrows, four 150-grain field points and a rope-cocking aid.
The recalled shoes are six inches tall, brown leather, steel-toed shoes with dark brown padding at the ankles sold under the Georgia Boot brand name. On the outward side, the boots have a tag with the words "Met-Guard" at the stitching and the Georgia Boot logo near the heel. A white label on inside of the tongue of the recalled boots have the Georgia Boot logo, the product number "G9075" on the left side, a date code between 01-12 and 10-13 in the MM-YY format on the right side, and the words "Men's Georgia Metatarsal 6" Brown."
This recall involves ISO7X isometric exercise devices. The device is about 3 feet long. It has hard plastic black handle grips on each end and two black nylon straps that extend down opposite sides of the center metal shaft. This recall only involves isometric exercise devices with black handle grips.
The GunBox™ is an aluminum, square, clam-shaped case with an RFID scanner with a T-shaped logo on the top center of the box and two USB ports for charging devices. The "RF+Biometric" and "Premier" model boxes include a square fingerprint scanner below the RFID scanner on the top of the box that holds multiple fingerprints. The "Premier" model includes a GPS locator. All of the GunBoxes were sold with RFID wristbands that allow the user to wave their hand above the box to unlock. The recall includes version 01 of The GunBox™ RF, (model GBRF1.0); RF+Biometric, (Model GBBIO1.0); and the Premier, (model GBPREM1.0). The model number and "The GunBox™" are printed on a label on the bottom of the units.
The recalled tool chests are about 72 inches long, 37½ inches high and 19 inches deep. They are made of stainless steel with a 1½-inch thick wooden block top and with ten storage drawers on the left and center in a variety of heights. The right side has a cabinet with shelves and peg board to hang tools on the inside of the door. The chest stands on swivel caster wheels and has handles on each end that can be used to move the unit. Whalen item number WSMTB72 and Costco item number 496675 are printed in the assembly instructions.
This recall involves Hussong Manufacturing direct vent gas fireplaces and gas fireplace inserts that use American Flame brand main control modules. There are 22 models sold under the brand names Kozy Heat Fireplaces, Ambiance Fireplaces and Stellar Hearth Products. They were manufactured between October 2009 and April 2013. The fireplace name, model number, manufacture date and serial number are on a silver testing label attached by a chain and next to the gas valve. Kwicker BC bindings are silver with a green release lever knob and green lock loop and have item number B1304027010 printed on the binding's box. KWICKER is printed in white on the side of the Kwicker bindings and on the top of the Kwicker BC bindings.
