The recalled snow throwers were sold in a bright orange color and are equipped with either rear wheels or tracks. The model and serial numbers are located on the white square ID tag on the frame. This recall involves LG Slide-In Ranges, and Freestanding Ranges with front-mounted knobs. The following model and serial numbers are included in this recall. This recall involves the following Pella's sliding patio doors and windows with automated shades: The Pella Reserve and Pella Lifestyle sliding doors with Insynctive technology, models 2-panel, 3-panel, and 4-panel sliding doors. These doors have a sensor housing where the cell battery is located. Date codes for doors range from 031924 to 060524. The date code is etched on the lower corner of the glass The Pella Lifestyle windows and sliding doors with Insynctive remote control, models: 206A0000 (Generation 2) and 206A0001 (Generation 3). The Pella logo is printed on the lower 1/3 of the front panel of the remote. The UPC code on the packaging is 748171618722. The battery-operated remote controls were also sold individually.
This recall involves the America's Got Talent (AGT) microphone sold under the First Act brand. The microphone amplifies the user's voice and has treble, bass and echo switches. The microphone is black with the AGT logo on the front, measures 10.5 inches long and weighs approximately one pound. There is an integrated speaker below the microphone with a power button and control button in the back. The microphones are powered by a rechargeable non-removable lithium-ion battery. The SKU numbers AGT0002 (microphone only) and TMS0002 (microphone and poster) are located on the bottom of the integrated speaker.

Beckman Coulter identified that an issue for DxI 9000 tip stocker interface (TSI) and reagent storage interface (RSI) boards with the firmware version 1.1.0.0 can cause sub-system communication failures. This failure could result in a delay in reporting patient results.

Catheter has an outer cylinder connected to a rotating helix, which could fracture and/or break, which would require retrieval, and helix facture/break could cause vessel injury and lead to severe bleeding.

(Samsung SDI) is recalling certain high voltage battery packs, installed in certain Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) vehicles (NHTSA recalls 24V-720 and 24E-080), Volkswagen/Audi vehicles (NHTSA recall 24V-898) and Ford vehicles (NHTSA recall 24V-954). The third-row passenger seat belt assembly may not function, due to incorrect routing that traps the seat belt behind the passenger side panel.
