This recall involves TravisMathew adult women's half-zip sweatshirts and women's and men's full-zip and no-zip hoodies in various colors and styles, including: women's Chance Encounter Half-Zip Sweatshirts (Heather Copen Blue, Heather Mauve Shadows), women's Save the Day Half-Zip Sweatshirts (Heather Natural, Heather Winetasting), women's Off Script Zip-Up Hoodies (Heather Light Gray, Heather Crown Blue), men's Cloud Hoodies (LAD Black, NYY Heather Gray, BRS Heather Gray, CHC Heather Gray, USC Black, USC Heather Gray), men's In the Rain Hoodies (Black, Heather Gray), men's Cloud Hoodie 2.0s (Black, Moonbeam, Dark Olive, Ash Blue, Mood Indigo), and men's Abject Lesson Hoodies (Black, Heather Gray). This recall involves certain RYOBI Brushless 21" Cordless Walk-Behind Self-Propelled Multi-Blade Push Mowers (40V HP). The mowers have a black cutting deck with gray top housing along with a black bag with "RYOBI" printed on it. The recall only includes model numbers RY401014BTLUS, RY401014US, RY401140US, RY401015BTLUS, RY401015US, RY401150US, RY401140US-Y, RY401150US-Y, RY401020, and RY401200 with the following serial numbers: KC21032D010001 - KC21327N999999. The model and serial numbers can be found on the mowers inside the green mower housing.

Beckman Coulter identified that an issue for DxI 9000 tip stocker interface (TSI) and reagent storage interface (RSI) boards with the firmware version 1.1.0.0 can cause sub-system communication failures. This failure could result in a delay in reporting patient results.
Atherectomy Catheter eIFU updated to clarify and emphasize procedural steps intended to reduce the likelihood of catheter breakage events. Catheter has an outer cylinder connected to a rotating helix, which could fracture and/or break, which would require retrieval, and helix facture/break could cause vessel injury and lead to severe bleeding.

(Samsung SDI) is recalling certain high voltage battery packs, installed in certain Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) vehicles (NHTSA recalls 24V-720 and 24E-080), Volkswagen/Audi vehicles (NHTSA recall 24V-898) and Ford vehicles (NHTSA recall 24V-954).
